Complaints Lead To Investigation Of Chrysler Jeep Liberty
DETROIT (WWJ) - The National Transportation Administration has opened an investigation into nearly 400,000 Chrysler Jeep Liberty SUVs.
The investigation comes after federal agents received nine complaints of corrosion on the rear control arms of the SUVs sold between 2002 and 2005.
In two of the complaints, the driver lost control at high speeds.
This is the third federal investigation into corrosion complaints on the Jeep Liberty.
