That’s why police officers should pull off the road whenever they can and NEVER stop on a highway. Everyone should drive to the nearest ramp, accident investigation site, parking lot or private drive.

No one’s life or health–the passenger car and it’s occupants also–for a routine traffic stop.

I cringe when I see police officers stopped on the side of the road when there is a parking lot right there.
