I am a little late to the party with the "Wilhelm Scream". Apparently, it is an inside joke for movie makers and film buffs that the same scream sound effect has been used in countless movies and TV shows for the last 60 years. You have heard this scream in everything from "Spaceballs" to "Team America" and pretty much everything George Lucus has ever made.
