Public Viewing For Don Barden Begins Thursday

DETROIT (WWJ) - Those wanting to pay their respects to Detroit entrepreneur and casino magnate Don Barden will be able to do so starting Thursday.

A public viewing will take place May 26 between noon and 8 pm at Greater Grace Temple, 23500 W. 7 Mile Road in Detroit.

Family and friends will be able to say their final goodbyes Friday - the family hour begins at 10 am at the church - with funeral services immediately following at 11. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 19975 Woodward Avenue in Detroit.

Barden passed away last Thursday from lung cancer. He was 67. (More here)
