DETROIT (WWJ) – Northbound I-75, between Outer Drive and Schaefer Road, has reopened following a collision involving two semi trucks.

According to police, an 18-wheeler jack knifed near Schafer Road crashing into another flatbed semi truck early Wednesday morning. The accident closed all northbound lanes of the freeway for over three hours, as road crews cleaned up the trailer’s payload which was scattered all over the freeway.

No serious injuries were reported.
