Commerce Township-based Nuspire Networks Thursday announced a new partnership with Panama based Grupo Sonitel S.A.
This partnership, two years in the making, combines Nuspire’s network management, monitoring, and security services with Sonitel’s customer service and support.
These services will culminate to provide a unique offering to organizations in Central and South America. Nuspire’s global reach and Sonitel’s local reaction will provide Latin American customers with a solution set not seen in the market today.
Currently, Sonitel focuses on providing and optimizing IT infrastructure that includes data center systems and communication-collaboration networks. Sonitel’s core business is designed to ensure efficient use of resources through the use of virtualization, cloud computing and other technologies. The addition of Nuspire’s NuSecure Managed Security Services will allow Sonitel to offer end to end managed infrastructure and security services; allowing Sonitel’s customer to make the most out of their IT infrastructure investments.

The solution provides 24×7 management from Nuspire’s Security Operations Center, call center and network support from Sonitel’s new State of the Art NOC, and industry leading network management teams from North, Central, and South America. The on-site service component of Gestion Contigo allows network issues to be treated remotely, over the phone, or in person. These solution components combine to provide customers with unsurpassed service level agreements to ensure network reliability, availability, and security.
