Cursing Passenger Booted Off Plane

ROMULUS (WWJ) - A Brooklyn, New York man traveling through Metro Airport has learned that there are more serious consequences to using foul language on a plane than a bar of soap to the mouth.

WWJ NewsRadio 950's Rob Sanford reports that Robert Sayegh was at Metro Airport Sunday afternoon on a layover from Kansas City to catch a connecting flight to New York.

The 37-year-old TV producer and children's book author boarded a flight on Atlantic Southeast Airlines, which was delayed at the gate for 45 minutes. The irritated Sayegh allegedly then asked his neighbor "What's taking so 'blanking' long?"

He was overheard by a flight attendant and then was eventually escorted off the plane by airport police and told he was being disruptive. He was put on a later flight, but says he's thinking about suing the Delta connection carrier.
