‘Rhythmz In Riley Park’ Welcomes Annabelle Road

FARMINGTON (WWJ) – The Rhythmz in Riley Park free concert series continues June 17 with the return of local country music stars Annabelle Road.

Annabelle Road made its way to the Downtown Hoedown the past three years, performing for thousands of fans.  Now you can hear them again, a little closer to home, in Downtown Farmington.

Nominated for two Detroit Music Awards this year, the Detroit-area band fuses the best of rock and country with its polished originals and covers.

Annabelle Road plays audience favorites from Carrie Underwood, Johnny Cash, Faith Hill and Lynrd Skynrd. Last year, concert attendance averaged around 500 per week with this year’s crowds expected to grow.

Concerts at the Sundquist Pavilion in Riley Park (33113 Grand River Ave.) take place Fridays at 7pm through August 26 except during Founders Festival, July 15. The rain location is First United Methodist Church across Grand River Avenue.
