Troy-based Basso Design Group said it had been chosen as agency of record for Auburn Hills-based Empire Wire & Supply and had successfully launched the new Web site for Team Canada Tourism.

Activities to be performed for Empire Wire & Supply will include Web site design and development along with total branding efforts for the company.

Empire Wire & Supply was founded in 2003 in Auburn Hills. In the company’s eight years, it has thrived, supplying custom cable assemblies, wiring, and connectors for the manufacturing industry.

Team Canada Tourism is a member organization consisting of resorts, hotels, campgrounds, transportation and other entities engaged in the effective promotion of Canadian tourism to tour operators, targeting both travel agents and the public.

A custom management system allows members to update their information and an e-commerce component allows new members to join online. Partnerships offering advertising, communications, and event opportunities are available via the Web site.
