Henry Ford CC Named To Top 100: Henry Ford Community College has received national recognition from Community College Week as one of the top 100 community colleges in the United States in awarding associate degrees to students.
Each year, Community College Week releases a special report naming the top 100 degree producing two-year colleges based on U.S. Department of Education data. The top 100 listings name community colleges that have awarded the largest number of associate degrees in the year prior to the report’s publication date. The report also includes rankings of associate degree-granting programs as well as detailed rankings of specific program areas. With approximately 1,700 community colleges nationwide, HFCC ranked in the top 100 for associate degrees awarded overall and in associate degrees conferred upon African-Americans. HFCC also ranked among the top 50 associate degree-producing community colleges in the areas of business and management, criminal justice, education, nursing and health careers.
