E-Card Available To Send To Veterans

DETROIT (WWJ) - Here's your chance to say thank you on this Fourth of July to members of the military and veterans for their service to our country.

A Sterling Heights computer company  is sponsoring a free e-card featuring a well-known photo of the American flag taken by Bloomfield Hills photographer Jerry Amster.

Rave Computer Vice President  John Branstetter says the e-cards are not limited to just members of the military.

"Teachers, fireman, policeman anyone who serves our country and makes it a better place, this is an appropriate card because this card truly is an American Flag; it represents everything we are and everything we do, so  that's how we want it to be perceived: thank you for your service to our country," said Branstetter.

Branstetter says they wanted to give people an oppportunity to go the website and send an e-card to our war fighters - thanking them for their service to the country.

Visit the website where you can send the e-cards, along with a photo of that American Flagtaken by Jerry Amster by clicking on here.
