Chesterfield Police Search For Stabbing Suspect
CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Police in Chesterfield Township are trying to track down the person they think stabbed a 55-year-old woman early Friday morning near Gratiot Avenue and 23 Mile Road.
Chesterfield Police Sergeant Ed Colinas said the victim was stabbed in the head just after 4:00 am at the Chesterfield Motor Inn. She was taken to Mt. Clemens Regional Hospital - her condition is not known.
The suspect is said to be a 32-year-old woman who ran south on Gratiot Avenue after the attack. The suspect is still at large.
