Police: Man Sexually Assaulted Girls At Home Daycare

FRASER (WWJ) – An investigation into alleged sexual abuse at a Macomb County daycare.

Sixty-four-year-old Stanley Duncan of Fraser is in police custody, awaiting trial on eight counts of sex charges involving children.

Duncan is accused of assaulting two four-year-old girls at his home. Police say Duncan’s wife has run a daycare out of their home on 14 Mile Road for years.

While Duncan’s wife was questioned by police, she does not face any charges.

Investigators are now trying to determine if there were more victims. Duncan is being held on a $5 million bond.

Why is she not charged with child endangerment? Was she not responsible (in her care) for the children’s well-being at the time it happened? At the very least her day-care license needs to be revoked.
