Huntington Woods Officer Attacked, Then Led On High Speed Chase
HUNTINGTON WOODS (WWJ) - A bizarre story out of Huntington Woods Saturday ... as police say a woman allegedly pulled a knife on a police officer and then led him on a chase that topped 120 miles an hour.
Huntington Woods Lieutenant Billy Spencer tells WWJ that he heard someone in the parking lot beeping their car horn. He went out to investigate and the woman, who police say is from Madison Heights, lunged at him.
He was not injured, and police were able to subdue the woman after the chase. She remains in custody.
