Fraser Man Faces Arraignment For Molesting Girls
ROSEVILLE (WWJ) - A 65-year-old Macomb county man accused of molesting two girls in his wife's home daycare will be in court Wednesday.
Stanley Duncan of Fraser is accused of sexually assaulting two girls ages 3 and 4 on at least eight occasions. Fraser Police Lt. Dan Kolke says officials are now considering charges against his wife after she witnessed but failed to report one of the attacks.
The woman told police during questioning she once walked in on her husband while he was molesting one of the girls. When asked how she reacted she told detectives she told him to stop it.
Duncan will face arraignment in Roseville District Court.
