FRASER — The Fraser real estate technology developer zipLogix said last week that it had completed its acquisition of Realfast Inc., a Frisco, Colo.-based real estate forms company.
ZipLogix is the creator of the zipForm application and has been recognized as setting the industry standard for electronic real estate forms, transaction management and digital signatures. ZipForm is currently used by more real estate professionals than any other real estate software program.
With the today’s acquisition, Realfast customers will begin migrating over to the zipForm program, where they will take advantage of the foremost electronic forms software within the suite of zipLogix products.
ZipLogix offers an electronic contract software application available in two versions: zipForm 6 Professional, an online application that allows real estate professionals to work from any Internet connection, and zipForm 6 Standard, a desktop application residing on the real estate professional’s computer. Whether users are working on a Mac or PC, zipForm 6 offers the flexibility to quickly access forms and transactions.
“The acquisition of Realfast will significantly contribute to our strength and momentum in the marketplace,” said Walt McDonald, zipLogix chairman.
Since 1991, zipLogix has been delivering software and web applications that considerably improve and enhance the productivity and efficiency of real estate professionals across the nation. More at www.ziplogix.com.
