PLYMOUTH TWP. (WWJ) –  Work on the bridge that carries southbound I-275 over the CSX Railroad, located just south of M-14, will require some midday lane and ramp closures in Plymouth Township, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation. Crews will be installing additional supports under the bridge.

Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 9, the right lane of southbound I-275 will be closed from 9 am to 3 pm daily from M-14 to the CSX bridge.

Crews will also close the ramp from eastbound M-14 to southbound I-275 daily from 9 am to 3 pm.

The lane and ramp closures will be removed daily in time for afternoon rush hour traffic.

The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday.
