BBC To Offer SBIR/STTR 101 Introduction and Overview: Can you use the federal government’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs to fund your technology? Find out at an informative SBIR-STTR grants seminar presented by Ann Arbor-based BBCetc. This half-day workshop covers the SBIR/STTR program basics, including overview of eligibility and programmatic requirements of various federal agencies. The course is targeted to a broad audience new to the SBIR/STTR program. It is designed to help you decide if SBIR/STTR can serve as a potential funding strategy for product development for your small business. The course will take place Tuesday, Aug. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at BBC’s offices, 803 N. Main St. in Ann Arbor.
