Khang's Blog: How Far Did You Go To Get Lions Tickets?
This morning as the show was about to begin I logged on to detroitlions.com because at 10 a.m. individual game tickets went on sale. The hottest ticket of course being the October 10th Monday night game vs. the Chicago Bears. So I entered how many tickets I wanted and entered the stupidly impossible to read pass code and waited...and waited...waited. Nothing. So I tried again and waited...and waited...and waited. Nothing. After trying for over 20 minutes I was unable to get any tickets. The Lions sold out of every ticket for the Monday Night Football game in less than an hour including club seats which never sell out. All day we took calls from people who went online, called ticket master, waited outside Ford Field or went to the secondary market to purchase tickets. All just to get a chance to be in the building for what is being referred to as the Lions' Superbowl! The demand for a winning and exciting football product is at an all time high...let's just hope the Lions can supply it.
