Trubiquity Gets Chinese Partner

TROY -- Trubiquity, a provider of managed file transfer software and other software-as-a-service systems for a variety of industries, Wednesday announced a distribution agreement with Shanghai Automotive Information Systems, enabling SAIS to deliver Trubquity to companies in the Chinese auto industry.

The agreement further extends Trubiquity's reach in the growing Chinese automotive market, empowering SAIS to market Trubiquity's solutions for CAD/PLM file transfer, product design workflow, exchange automation and large file transfer management.

Said Martyn Davies, vice president of Trubiquity engineering solutions: "This partnership will help automotive manufacturers in the critical Chinese market to use Trubiquity solutions to manage their global data exchange and collaboration processes using either software-as-a-service or other software delivery solutions."

The distribution agreement with Trubiquity allows SAIS to resell TRUfusion Enterprise, TRUfusion Portal, TRUexchange and all related CAD/PLM file transfer modules to its Chinese automotive customers.  TRUfusion Enterprise is Trubiquity's product design data workflow and exchange automation solution for manufacturing companies, while TRUexchange is Trubiquity's on-demand solution for fast and secure exchange of very large files of any data type.  Both solutions allow global data flow across the supply chain while seamlessly integrating with leading PLM and CAD systems enabling efficient B2B collaboration.
