TRAVERSE CITY — Appia Communications, a provider of managed communications and network services, announced a new enhanced service offering for its ISPhone division wholesale customers.

ISPhone has offered call termination around the globe for more than a decade. The new product enables ISPhone customers to expand termination options by simply adding a call prefix to the calls they place.

“International calling has always been a challenge,” said Victor von Schlegell, Appia’s president. “Routes may or may not be available, and they may or may not complete calls with acceptable quality. This enhanced offering gives our customers choices.”

“With a choice of routes, our customers can maximize end-user experience with higher call completion rates and quality – all at competitive rates,” said Matt Siemens, Appia’s vice president of marketing. “We see this as a way for our customers to expand their service offerings and to compete more effectively.”
