Deal Gives Livio Radio Users In-Car Access To AccuRadio Channels

CHICAGO -- AccuRadio, a provider of free, personalizable Internet radio, Thursday announced its partnership with Livio Radio, a Ferndale-based manufacturer and developer of car Internet radio products and services.

A sampling of AccuRadio's more than 500 channels will now be available via the Livio Car Internet Radio application and its newly announced Bluetooth Internet Radio Car Kit.

AccuRadio is one of the top 10 most-listened-to Internet radio services -- and one of the top 3 personalizable services -- in Triton Digital's most recent "Webcast Metrics" ratings report. Livio's award-winning application offers more than 45,000 radio stations from around the world, including a selection of AccuRadio's hundreds of unique channels of rock, pop, jazz, classical, country, R&B, world music, and comedy.

Livio's "The Kit," previewed at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, offers Bluetooth hands-free calling, USB charging, and buttons to safely control the Livio Car Internet Radio application. It connects to any car stereo, with no monthly fees.

The Kit is now available for sale at U.S. retailers and Livio Radio's online shop (http://shop.livioradio.com) at the suggested retail price of $119.99.
