Rochester Hills Accident Leaves 2 In Hospital

ROCHESTER HILLS (WWJ) - A single car crash in Rochester Hills Sunday morning leaves two people injured, one seriously, the other in stable condition.

The Oakland County Sheriff's department reports that an 18-year-old driver from Madison Heights lost control of his Chevrolet Trail Blazer running off the road and rolling the car over. The accident occurred on east bound M-59, east of Adams just after 2 a.m.

A 20-year-old passenger seated in the rear was ejected from the car and is being treated at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital, and is listed in serious condition.

The driver is also being treated at the hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Police say the occupants were not wearing seat belts and that is doesn't look like alcohol was a factor in the accident.
