Sting Celebrating 25 Years As Solo Artist; Performing In Motown In Oct.

DETROIT (WWJ) – Tickets for Sting’s “Back to Bass Tour” go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, September 26.

Sting is scheduled to perform at Detroit’s historic Fox Theatre at 8 p.m. Sunday, November 6, when he’ll be showcasing his multitude of hits. The tour comes as Sting celebrates his 25th anniversary as a solo artist. He’ll be backed by a five-piece band and will perform fan favorites, such as “Englishman In New York,” “Desert Rose” and “Roxanne.” He also plans to include a selection of The Police’s greatest hits.

Tickets to Sting’s “Back to Bass Tour” are priced at $46.50, $81 and $126.50.
