Michigan State's 10-7 victory over Ohio State Saturday didn't present much in the way of beauty.
It fell more under the category of "just getting it done."

Kirk Cousins has been a fine quarterback for the Spartans for a long time. That was not one of his better games. The Spartans' offense is hardly opportunistic. In some ways, they didn't perform much better than their loss at Notre Dame.
