Governor Taking Weighty Issue Personally

LANSING (WWJ/AP) - Governor Snyder is losing it. The governor, who recently announced his intention to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year, posts on Twitter and Facebook that his weight has come down from 194 pounds to 185.8 pounds.

His body mass has fallen from 26.8 to an even 26. Snyder tweets: "Still in the overweight range, but making good progress."

Dealing with Michigan's obesity problem is a priority for Snyder. Michigan ranks 8th nationally among the fattest states.
