Report: Madonna’s Brother Is Homeless Up North

While pop star Madonna splits her time between lavish estates in London, Los Angeles and New York, her older brother Anthony Ciccone, 55, lives under a bridge in northern Michigan.

The Michigan Messenger broke that news Monday in a report about the homeless flocking to Traverse City, where frigid temperatures aren’t enough to deter the homeless from taking advantage of a church network that keeps them fed and warm.

The news site found Ciccone under the Union Street bridge in Traverse City, where he said he lost his job at his father’s winery a year-and-a-half ago and had nowhere to turn.

He said his family, including his sister, a “multibazillionaire,” had “turned their backs” on him.

Ciccone said he suffered frostbite last year.

I thought conservatives were all about THE FAMILY?! Apparently not so, when it comes to parting with your precious money.

What if you’re weathly, and your mother, still of working age, is homeless? Feel any differently, now?

Put some thought into your opinions before you announce them to the world; it’ll help (some) to keep you from looking the fool.

The only follish statement is the one I’m responding to. Mike, your statement is the ill informed one.

Bet he was a serious drug addict…so turning yor back is called TOUGH LOVE….

This is why we HATE the media…no indepth reporting anymore….

Why was he fired? did the winery go out of businessand go bankrupt so he had no pension to fall back on? Did he run out of unemployment benefits?

Did he point a gun at his sisters head? thats why she is ignoring him?

Heard this story on the news yesterday. He’s a drug addict that blames everyone else for his woes. Neither his father nor his sister has an obligation to help him. He needs to help himself first.
