Report: Winehouse Died From Alcohol Poisoning

The verdict is in on what caused the death of troubled British songstress Amy Winehouse, who died suddenly this summer at the age of 27.

USA Today is reporting Winehouse died from alcohol poisoning, despite her family's protests that she was clean when she passed away.

Winehouse's blood alcohol level was reportedly five times over the legal drunken driving limit in Great Britain, though no illegal drugs were found in her system.
