HARRISON TWP. (WWJ) – A 47-year-old Harrison Township man who was found to be involved with a teenaged girl has been arrested for having child pornography on his computer.

Macomb County Sheriff’s deputies said they found John Riley at his house with a 16-year-old and three other under-aged girls two weeks ago, and that the group was drunk.

Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said they were then all taken back to the sheriff’s office where Riley was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.  But, after that, another crime came to light.

“Once the mother of the 16-year-old arrived, she went through her cell phone and found some disturbing images of her daughter and Mr. Riley and reported it to our deputies,” Wickersham said.

Authorities then searched Riley’s computer and found child porn.

He’s charged with five counts of Possessing Child Sexually Abusive Material, a felony charge carrying up to four years in prison.

Riley was  was arraigned at the 41-B District Court in Clinton Township and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
