Lions Choosing Not To Talk About Suh's Meeting

DETROIT (AP) — Detroit Lions coach Jim Schwartz won't say if he's joining Ndamukong Suh when the defensive tackle meets with NFL officials.

Suh is scheduled to speak with the league Tuesday during a bye-week session set up at his request to talk about rules Suh has broken.

His agent, Roosevelt Barnes, tells The Associated Press he will be with Suh in New York at NFL headquarters.

Suh told reporters after Sunday's 45-10 win in Denver that the meeting will be an opportunity to have good dialogue.

Schwartz says the less said about it the better for a team focused on winning and not off-the-field talk it has generated.

The Lions are 6-2 for the first time since 2007. Detroit is off until playing Nov. 13 at Chicago.
