Priority Health Selects Insurance Dialogue: Insurance Dialogue, a division of Auburn Hills-based Dialogue Marketing — which sells, services, retains and enrolls insurance and Medicare consumers on behalf of insurance carriers, agencies and third party marketers — announced Grand Rapids-based Priority Health has selected the company to increase membership by managing inbound phone inquiries and through an outbound calling campaign. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July 2011, Detroit-Livonia-Dearborn, Mich. registered a jobless rate of 15.7 percent. Since July, Insurance Dialogue has recruited more than 200 new employees and continues to hire as they grow and expand their client base. Recently named to the No. 11 spot in the Detroit area on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, Dialogue Marketing provides customer relationship management services to companies across the nation, but because of its business model, is serving those companies with local, Michigan employees in an effort to support the local economy. “There is a serious need to keep jobs in Michigan,” said Alejandro Vargas, CEO and president of Dialogue Marketing. “We pride ourselves on supporting the local economy and continue to maintain that commitment as we work with Priority Health.” More at www.insurance-dialogue.com.
