Boil Water Alert Lifted For Highland Park

HIGHLAND PARK (WWJ) – A boil water alert has been lifted in Highland Park.  An electrical problem in the city’s water system has been fixed and residents in Highland Park no longer have to boil their water.

On Sunday Highland Park experienced an interruption in their water service caused by an electrical problem.

The electrical problem has been corrected, due to drop in water pressure citizens had been advised to boil their water until notified otherwise.
