DETROIT (AP)– Another Michigan deer hunter has been killed.
Authorities say a 34-year-old hunter accidentally shot himself in Cheboygan County.
Police say the hunter, whose name hasn’t been released yet, was alone when his gun discharged as he tripped on brush Friday.
Relatives found him about 200 feet from a road in Mullet Township.
At least three Michigan hunters have died since the firearms deer hunting season opened Tuesday.
