DETROIT (WWJ) - Downtown Detroit is looking a little more “Christmassy,” with an old world, international flavor.
WWJ’s Florence Walton reports that the first Christmas market at Campus Martius is a dream come true for Mark Lobb of “Integrity Shows”.
“I’ve got to do whatever it takes to make this work, Detroit deserves a great Christmas market – so we organized – we worked with the museums, the artists, the local stores and some regional importers and such to get some good German, Irish and other international merchandise,” said Lobb.
The market includes a ferris wheel and a carousel.
The Christmas market is open through Sunday.
