ANN ARBOR — ForeSee Results Inc., a pioneer in customer experience analytics based in Ann Arbor, said last week it had reached an “omnibus litigation settlement” with Lodsys LLC.

The settlement resolves all outstanding litigation claims between ForeSee and Lodsys and terminates all pending litigation with Lodsys related to ForeSee’s products and services, including all such claims against ForeSee’s customers.

According to published reports, Lodsys had sent threatening letters to ForeSee clients earlier this year, claiming that ForeSee’s customer satisfaction measurement technology violated a Lodsys patent.

Terms of the settlement were not made public.
