Police Scrutinizing Original Version Of Events In Toddler's Disappearence
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police Chief Ralph Godbee says the search for little Bianca Jones, who was allegedly in the car when her father's car was taken in a carjacking Friday, is of the highest priority.
But, he goes on to say, in a statement, that police won't comment on the quantity nor the quality of any evidence they've gathered.
Godbee says in the interest of allaying some fears of the public regarding the apparent randomness of Bianca's disappearance, he says the authenticity and credibility of the original version of events in under intense scrutiny by investigators.
A reward of more than $17,000 is being offered for Bianca's safe return.
