WATERFORD TWP. (WWJ) – A woman is dead following a crash on Telegraph Road in Waterford Township.
Police said one vehicle was traveling northbound and another was traveling southbound when one of the drivers crossed into oncoming traffic. It happened just before 10 a.m. north of Pontiac Lake Road.
A section of Telegraph was closed Wednesday morning due to the accident, but has since reopened.
The victim’s identity has not been released and there was no immediate word of any charges to be filed.
The crash remains under investigation.
