Police Release Names Of Ypsi Murder-Suicide Victims
YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP (AP) -Authorities have released the names of a man and woman suspected of dying in a murder-suicide at their home.
A Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department spokesman says that officers found the bodies Thursday in Ypsilanti Township. That's about 30 miles west-southwest of Detroit.
He says investigators believe 53-year-old Walter Cole shot his 47-year-old wife Tammy, and then turned the gun on himself.
