Teen Shot In Head At Party In Commerce Township

COMMERCE TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - A house party ends abruptly after a shooting early Tuesday morning.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Department says 19-year-old, Cameron Bock, of Commerce Twp. was shot in the head during a party at a home on Nacona Road in Commerce Township.

Investigators say the young man and another teen were trying to put the gun away after the owner returned home.  That's when the gun fired.

It's unclear which teen was handling the handgun.

The victim was first taken to Huron Valley Hospital and then transferred to Detroit Receiving Hospital. The victim is listed in critical condition.
