Detroit (WWJ)- A Detroit man suspected in a triple shooting on the city’s northeast side in November is in jail and facing murder charges.

Detroit police say 33-year old Nasir Banks was arrested Monday by the Fugitive Apprehension Team in the 12600 block of East Seven Mile Road.

Banks is accused of walking into a home on Schoenherr near Eight Mile on November 30th and shooting three men. 20-year old Kalvin Turner and 28-year old Keith High died.  A 25-year old was critically injured.

Police say the home is a suspected drug house.

Banks was arraigned Wednesday on two counts of first degree murder, assault with intent to murder, felony firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

If convicted, Bank faces life in prison without parole.

    Thank God, that justice will be served for Keith Ricardo High. For only God, knows our pain & suffering. He was taken away & shouldn’t have. May he continue to REST IN HEAVENLY PLACES!

    PRAISE GOD, the police got this man off the streets before he caused pain to more families. This doesn’t bring my little cousin back but at least we have closure.
