4th Victim Named In Detroit Car Trunk Deaths

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - Authorities have confirmed the identity of the last of four women whose bodies were found in car trunks in December in Detroit.

The Wayne County medical examiner's office says dental records show the last unidentified victim is 29-year-old Natasha Curtis.

Her badly burned body was found with another body in a car trunk on Christmas Day.

Curtis turned 29 on Christmas Eve. On December 13th she posted on her Facebook page, "My B day is in 11 days and im tryna figure out what im going to do,i have so many options!!im so blessed to be loved!!!:)".  According to Facebook, she had attended Detroit's Cooley High School.

Curtis' boyfriend, Cortez Wingfield, told the Detroit Free Press that she had two children and was a few weeks pregnant.

Additional tests are needed before the causes of death can be determined for all the women. Detroit police are treating the four deaths as homicides, with one common thread: three victims apparently had posted escort ads online.

No arrests have been made.
