Indiana may become a right to work state. State Rep Mike Shirkey R- Clark Lake says if Indiana goes the way of right to work Michigan should be next. Why? It gives workers choice in whether or not they want to pay dues and join a union and will make the state much more business friendly and lead to economic growth. Opponents says right to work legislation is nothing more than union busting and that workers in right to work states earn less money, have weaker benefits and poorer work conditions.
