Kid Rock Lights Up At Concert, Angers Fans

WARREN, Mich. (WWJ) – Is Kid Rock in trouble with the law? The singer showed up for country singer Travis Tritt’s concert at the Andiamo Showroom in Warren on Friday night–and lit a cigar.

Some of the 1,000 patrons on hand were upset because state law doesn’t allow smoking in such venues. The Detroit News says at least one person plans to file a complaint with the state.

Kid Rock, through his publicist, apologized for the cigar-smoking and for consuming the numerous drinks that he said others bought for him, which he said contributed to his “bad decision” to smoke.

When Kid Rock is placating the PC fundamentalists, it’s all over. We might as well turn the country over to the immigrants right now, and curl up in the fetal position and die.

When I was growing up in 60’s & early 70’s just about every concert I went to joints were passed around the crowd and people were mellow.. The last concert I attended in 1993 there were fights and puking drunks.. Needless to say, that was the last one.
