Electrivert, Inc. Introduces Manufacturing System Analysis

FRASER -- Electrivert Inc., a maker of custom cable assemblies, Thursday announced that it will now offer customers the opportunity to achieve increased efficiency, reliability and serviceability through its new Cabling and Termination (C.A.T.) Scan Process.

This four-phase process is an in-depth analysis of a company's machines, systems and processes that identifies opportunities for improvements in the following key areas:

* Cabling selection and consolidation
* Connector selection and consolidation for a more modular design
* Streamlined build processes
* Reduced manufacturing and installation costs
* Increased reliability
* Greater serviceability
* Modifications to meet UL & NFPA regulations.
