Plus-Minus Numbers Point To Futility For Pistons
--All those lopsided losses in January led to ugly plus-minus stats for the Pistons' regulars. Rookie guard Brandon Knight had the worst plus-minus total in the league for the month at minus-187. Center Greg Monroe and forward Tayshaun Prince were right behind him at minus-186. The Pistons had a 3-16 record during the month.
--Lawrence Frank has a 4-37 record in his last 41 games as a head coach, which would be a half season under normal circumstances. Frank's New Jersey Nets lost their last game of the 2008-09 season and their first 16 the following season before he was fired. The Pistons have a franchise-worst 4-20 mark after 24 games.
