Mindscape Promotes Three in preparation of Detroit-area expansion: The Mindscape Web practice at Hanon McKendry has promoted three employees to meet project and service demands created by continued growth in 2011. Jeff Bell, a Mindscape project manager since mid-2010, has been promoted to manager of digital marketing services. Bell, who is Google Analytics Certified, has been tapped to lead Mindscape’s digital marketing services, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media and Internet strategy development. Rebecca Dutcher has served as Mindscape’s business development partner for more than three years. Dutcher has been promoted to director of business development and will lead the sales initiatives at Mindscape as the firm focuses on larger, collaborative development opportunities. In her new position, she will join the executive management team and will continue to focus on growth areas of the business, both with new and existing clients. Dutcher recently joined the programs committee of the American Marketing Association of West Michigan and serves as a facilitator for Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women. Rebecca Blanchard, who has served as a project manager with Mindscape since June 2009, has been promoted to director of development services. In her new position, Blanchard will oversee all web development projects. She will manage a team of project coordinators and oversee department profitability and revenue goals. Mindscape experienced record growth of 45 percent of top line revenue in 2011. The company said it is preparing for an expansion into the Detroit area. Mindscape creates Web sites, custom programming, and managed web marketing programs to provide consistent investment return for more than 500 clients. Mindscape applies search engine optimization and search engine marketing, custom Web, business and mobile app development; packaged Web design on the proprietary WebTrain platform; branded content development; and social media to help companies understand and effectively engage target audiences.
