Trenton, N.J. Picks Covisint As Health Information Exchange Provider: The Covisint subsidiary of Detroit-based Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR) said Tuesday that the Trenton Health Team has selected Covisint as its Health Information Exchange. Covisint will enable THT to provide integrated care coordination for its most vulnerable residents, as well as help THT improve and track health quality outcomes. Covisint enhanced THT's community-wide clinical care coordination, data sharing and utilization efforts, positioning THT to become an Accountable Care Organization. Covisint will provide THT with performance- and quality-based metrics in conjunction with robust data analytics capacity to improve the city's health outcomes and manage integrated care delivery.
