ESD Tech Job Fair Returns To Novi March 12

SOUTHFIELD -- The Engineering Society of Detroit will bring back its popular job fair on March 12 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.

This highly respected engineering and technology job fair will match the best talent with small and big companies seeking to fill positions in various fields.   Fair hours are from 2 to 7 p.m.

Exhibit space is still available for those looking to hire for full, part-time or co-op positions and in various fields, including Architecture, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Design, Energy, Electrical, Biomedical, Cyber Security Environmental, Aerospace, Transportation, Biofuels, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Programming, Technical and other engineering and technology related fields.

ESD's job fair is highly regarded as the place where the best engineering talent can be found. The fall 2011 job fair featured more than 60 companies and 4,000-plus job opportunities. Companies such as Yazaki North America; Trialon Corporation; GE Aviation; DASI Solutions; Terumo Cardiovascular Systems; ALTe, LLC; Dow Corning; Durr Systems; Patrick Energy, were only some of the exhibitors.

For the first time ever, ESD members can attend the job fair free of charge. Non-members pay only $15 ($10 if registered before March 2), which includes a one-year membership to ESD. Attendees are encouraged to bring several copies of their updated résumé and to take advantage of ESD's Job Bank by entering their résumé free of charge.
