InfuSystem Postpones Earnings Announcement
MADISON HEIGHTS -- InfuSystem Holdings Inc. (NYSE Amex: INFU), a national provider of infusion pumps and related services, Wednesday night announced that it has postponed the announcement of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011 results originally scheduled for March 8 in order to provide its independent auditors additional time to complete their audit.
InfuSystem officials said they expect to announce financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011 on March 15, and will announce the time and call information in advance.
The company also reaffirmed the preliminary results announced Feb. 6. The company expects to report revenues of $14 million for the fourth quarter 2011 and $54.6 million for the full year 2011.
There was no information about profit or loss.
InfuSystem provides infusion pumps and related services to hospitals, oncology practices and other alternate site healthcare providers. Headquartered in Madison Heights, the company delivers local, field-based customer support, and also operates centers of excellence in Michigan, Kansas, California, and Ontario, Canada.
