2 Arrested In Armed Standoff
DETROIT (WWJ) - A man who police say was being evicted and barricaded himself inside his house has been arrested. It happened Monday afternoon on Northrop near Grand River Road and McNichols.
Detroit Police told WWJ Newsradio 950 the man opened the front door with a weapon before shutting it and locking himself in.
A second person was also arrested at the scene, but his role in the incident was not immediately clear. Police could not say whether that man also lived in the home.
No injuries were reported.
No names have been released.
